The Annual General Meeting on 26 June 2024 at 12:00 CET, will be held virtually and be available online via “DNB Lumi AGM”.
All shareholders will be able to participate in the meeting, vote and ask written questions from smart phones, tablets and computers. It will also be possible to sign in and follow the meeting as a guest. Guests will not be able to vote on the items, and will not have the possibility to ask questions.
