On 25th July 2019, PGS acquired the main assets of Rock Solid Images (RSI). PGS will provide rockAVO deliverables and RSI rock physics atlases, offering high-quality, conditioned, well data in key basins worldwide.
Rock Solid Images is a recognized brand in the oil industry, best known for high-quality rock physics products built on well data. With this acquisition, PGS has taken over the main assets of RSI, including all technology and intellectual property.
