He has been with PGS for over 9 years and has extensive experience in depth imaging, signal processing and inversion and has presented at various conferences and workshops. Øystein holds a MSc in Acoustics and Signal Processing from NTNU.
Øystein Korsmo - Speaker Biography
Øystein works at PGS as a Principal Geophysicist in a global support role for imaging. He works closely with both R&D and imaging to ensure new developments solve client’s needs. Øystein has supported FWI and LSM developments for several years, making him uniquely qualified to answer your questions on PGS Ultima - a combination of these two technologies into a single framework.
